How long does it take to create a customised portrait?
I can let you know the estimated time I can have your request done by. If there is a backlog of orders you will be notified. If the portrait is for a gift or Christmas, I will also let you know if I have the timeframe to have it complete before then.
I need artwork for a certain date, when should I give notice of this?
If you know when you need a portrait, I need at least 4 weeks notice to have time to work around other commissions etc.
